Training Tips :

Identify and develop your weaknesses. As hard as it is, we all know where we need work and improve the most. Improving in these areas with a good solid plan will show results you’ll be able to notice.

Mountain Biking...

In the 2007 season I will be racing in the U23 category, a newly recognised age-group fpr women. I have 2 very clear goals;

  • Top 10 World Championships
  • National Champion

I feel that these are both realistic and achievable, I will be drawing on my experiences from the last few years, which has helped me identify key areas in which I need to improve, and ways to achieve this.

I will be racing all the National Points Series, and hoping to race abroad in both France and Switzerland.

Selection for the European and World Championships is obviously very important, and I will hopefully achieve selection in a chosen few international events.

Recent Career Highlights...

  • National Points Series Winner Junior- 2002
  • National Junior Champion- 2003
  • 14th European Championships Junior- 2003
  • Top 50 European Championships Senior- 2004
  • Member "World Class Potential Plan"- 2004/5
  • Selected to Train at UCI Cycling School- Aug 2005
  • NPS rd3 3rd Elite 2006
